Very nice establishment and food was great too!
Apartment is good, but not cheap. Quaint, and made good use of space but this means that the upstairs bedroom is easy to bang head or feet on obstacles - raised beam in floor, low roof beam, sloping ceiling. Large velux window above main bed had no blind so very light very early. Downstairs was spacious.
Amazing snug.. great place in a beautiful surrounding, staff are awesome and friendly.
A fantastic place to nip in for a pint or two, great atmosphere and staff are friendly and helpful. Food is usually up to a very good standard with a good selection of drinks available. Bar snack options available. Can be very busy in an evening which just shows its popularity.
Excellent carvery , lovely service and good level of cleanliness. I always enjoy taking my family and friends here. Good value for money and best carvery in cumbria!
