Balcony House is a definite 5 star B&B, everything has been thought of and we wanted for nothing, the room we had was a ensuite and it was very well equipped.We really were impressed with every little touch.Breakfast was perfect as well and we enjoyed a lovely full english. The location just outside is good and we walked in to Kendal for dinner.can highly recommend staying here and we felt the price was very good as well.

Had a great stay here. Excellent hosts. Delicious filling breakfast. Very comfortable room. Also, use of local spa facilities was a nice touch. Would highly recommend :)
