The most friendly, accommodating and great facilities. We hiked in and out of this site. Its mainly lodges and vans, however there is a great spot for tents. The facilities are great and the showers are hot! Would definitely recommend
Excellent little getaway, nice and quiet, close to the Lakes. We stayed in the Rockside cottage, was very spacious with all of the amenities of home. Very nice owners who greeted us and shared local knowledge. Close to Kendal and Windermere too.

Stayed in a lodge with my husband and 2 boys (aged 3 and 6) Lodge was very spacious, clean and tidy. An amazing place and very quiet and safe. Everything you could want, a very warm welcome and found everyone very helpful. Will definitely be going back again!
This is a lovely and peaceful site within walking distance of a nice pub. We have stayed in the pods several times and they are beautifully situated with a cute little balcony. The facilities are great and the owners very friendly and helpful. It is in a great area of the south lakes.
