Brilliant as usual!
A hidden gem, only 20min drive away from Windermere. Its in a very beautiful setting with a river flowing right at your doorstep should you take the river bank caravan. The mornings are well spent in ample birdwatching.And a tip... bring your telescope- even a small one will do. The milky way is so clear and you will pick up galaxies faster and easier than you ever thought.The caravan itself is comfy with a nice gas burner in the living room, two bedrooms and a compact and well maintained toilet. The kitchen is a pleasure to work in, fully equipped as it is. Will use again when I get a chance.
