I came across Purusha Yoga and Lex by good fortune back in May 2018 and I've been attending at least one of Lex's classes weekly. He is kind, patient, encouraging and supportive even when it comes to absolute beginners like myself. I am interested in the mysticism and philosophy of yoga as well as the practical asanas that are the foundation for my meditation, Lex encompasses these elements in his classes and that's a good reason why I will continue to attend....Oh, and it's good fun too!
The Purusha Yoga studio is a lovely, calming and welcoming space. I always leave Lex's yoga classes feeling calmer and grounded. I would highly recommend anyone to attend one of the classes, which are never too big or crowded and are always friendly.

My favourite hour and a half of the week is the amazing Friday night Vinyasa flow class. The class has helped me find my inner peace again, realise the important things in life and let go of the things I no longer need. It is highly addictive and being able to see progress in my flow week on week is so exciting. Lex is a fantastic teacher, and the studio is a great place with a really friendly vibe. Cant thank Lex and Louise enough for choosing Kendal as the location for their studio and bringing such happiness and calm back into my life
