Was a lovely hotel, receptionist was brilliant and so good with our little girl. Pool was nice and clean and so were the spa facilities, family room nicely decorated and very spacious. Would recommend and will be returning in the future
Great hotel in Kendall. River views and close to centre and castle. Easy access to The Lake District. Superb buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Fully fitted gym, saunas, Jacuzzi and pool.
Stayed for two days in a family room with our dog. Comfortable bed, great views of the river, friendly helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. 6 out of 5
Perfect Hotel in Kendal, the sanctuary is small but perfect for a little workout.. the pool is not huge or very deep but again perfect for a little floating session, the hot tub is amazing and hits the spot every time, the steam room & sauna are both perfect for a good sweating session.. only thing some saturdays its booked out for an hour between 12 - 1pm.. other than that i highly recommend this hotel as its got great staff and everyone is friendly. keep up the good work :)
Hotel itself is lovely in a good location beside the river. The bar is a relaxing area to have a drink. The leisure spa is nice also Only issue I have is the hostesses wasn't very friendly and the staff seem to ration towels and toilet paper.
