Not as friendly or welcoming as other dealers in the area, should take a good look at what Cox are doing. All in all it was ok but the feeling from the front desk and staff walking around was quite cold and unwelcoming
The staff at Pye Kendal are so polite and efficient. I have had nothing but 5* service from them in the 2 years I have had my lease car. They are a pleasure to deal with. Wish more companies were like them. Thanks to reception and servicing staff.
