Brilliant customer care!When the headlights on our Defender failed we dropped into Kentdale on a Friday, without a booking, and asked them to check. They took the vehicle immediately, quickly identified a fault and told us the parts would be in the following day which was a Saturday. We returned on Saturday morning and were immediately offered a courtesy car to save us sitting around. The fault was repaired within two hours. Excellent service from all concerned both in the showroom and in the service department.
