A women driver picked me up and over 5 mins late and when i metion to her she told me to shut up if im not shut up then she will not take me.. Gosh how can she speak to customer like that!! Never so i open door and got out. I will never use this taxi firm again.. I have had spend lots money used their firm all most every day from station to home.. This is not the way to speak to customers. She shouldn't be driving public service very bad attitude and unfriendly . Dodnt use them.just before i lelf i told her she is a big woman and bad service bad attitude bad service.. So i called up other taxi firm and they on time..
Very Overpriced taxi 30 just for 10-15mins drive down the road. Taxi man was polite however Jodie on the phone was very rude. Taxi man tried to explain he thought it could be because they was busy but I dont think thats any excuse. It was a 30min wait for a taxi which I agreed to even tho we was waiting outside. After 35 mins I rang simply checking the taxi was still coming and the lady was rude back to me saying they told me it would be a wait and started arguing with me. I had to explain that I wasnt having ago I was just simply checking he taxi was coming as otherwise we needed to sort out another taxi. We was worried because it was 2am and we havent seen anyone or And did see a taxi driving past. The lady on the phone put the phone down on me. No customer service skills at all and Not very considerate in the slightest. Do Not use!!!!!!

Lakeside are a great taxi company. Very friendly and always on time. The text message to say when the car is on its way and which car is coming is very helpful and the drivers and staff are so friendly and polite. The fixed price fares are great and they are very reliable. We never use anyone else now.
