Decadent, artistic and delicious, massive selection of beautifully handmade chocolates. Pick the centres that you want with ease by asking for, nutty, smooth, fruit, alcohol etc etc and the lovely staff there will select for you.... buy any number you wish, small or large, They can be bagged in cello with ribbon or placed in BEAUTIFUL gift boxes... I love these chocolates! I have twice bought as a small gift a WHOLE candied mandarin covered in rich glossy dark chocolate and wrapped in gold paper! Lovely!!!

Astonishing place if you love chocolate, I could have spent a fortune in here.

Our experience was okay but sadly the cakes were disappointing despite looking absolutely gorgeous. We don't think they were homemade at all which really was a let down. We were also surprised to find that even though it was a chocolate place that they didn't have any dairy-free hot chocolate which I fell in love with recently. All in all, maybe it is a great for chocolates but the cafe experience was at best average.

Such a quaint and charming place. And so easy to miss. A must visit if you are in the area. The hot chocolate fudge cake is amazing. I would recommend you skip breakfast or lunch though!

We found this little gem quite by accident. Situated in the small, quaint little back streets of Kendal, this little Chocolate shop is a must for all chocoholics and chocolate lovers. The menu is quite unique and the hot chocolate flavours are to say the very least quite tantalizing to the taste buds. My hot chocolate was with ginger and was superb. My wife and I shared a cherry gateau that was so light and airy, without doubt one of the best I have ever tasted. The upstairs cafe is lovely , very quirky and very old. The tiny winding staircase to the cafe from the chocolate shop downstairs is very small. The range of chocolates on offer here is large enough to cater for most people's needs. If you have half an hour to spare I would highly recommend visiting this very unique little shop.
