Horrendous company to work with, really unreliable, rude and compleate compulsive sneaky liars, after telling us that we would be getting the contact drawn up within a few days FINALLY, after weeks and weeks of chasing them we get told that the property has been let to another business by a brief email, didn't have the decency to give us a phone call, we had already sent them all of our confidential information that they asked for .. I also see after reading the reviews that we are not the first people this has happened to! Discussing!
Terrible service. There is only the MD who deals with all the work and no one to answer any queries. Phone calls are never returned. Emails are not answered. Totally unprofessional. I'd give zero stars if i could
.worst company ever, after 10 months didinstructed. No feedback, no chasing, no viewings, no offers despite me advising not too concerned over rent for retail unit , no return calls, listing not amended despite multiple requests. Only reason this company is in business is lack of competition in area, they really are that bad, use at your peril !
