I have had a not good experience over a year or so ago. But I went back and the help and service I received this time I went was excellent.
Our dog was groomed and they did an excellent job. Staff were very friendly and willing to please.
Well stocked pet store. Reasonable prices and customer loyalty scheme with money off vouchers available. Supports animal charities. Staff friendly knowledgeable.
Pets at home Kendal has brilliant customer service, a large selection of items for sale. This store attracts those wanting to get a pet, or even those with many pets! It's a great all-inclusive pet store, with everything you could ever need that is pet related, or pet centred. This is not a 5 review, as I was shocked at the prices on most things, but I was assured that they are cheaper than other branded offers from other pet stores.
So thankful to the wonderful staff in the vets this morning. My dog was attacked late in the evening and they squeezed us in for an appointment first thing. Thank you so much for all being so lovely and reassuring and the care you gave my little dog was brilliant. He's much happier now. I would certainly recommend. Thanks again especially Becky and the lovely receptionist!
