I've been a regular customer here for over a year and I can't speak highly enough of the girl who usually cuts my hair. Unfortunately, the level of customer service isn't consistent and I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience with other staff members.REVIEW UPDATE: So for sharing my experience and having an opinion, I'm no longer welcome at this business. Upon arriving for a scheduled appointment, I was confronted and banned. Again, this shows the level of service on offer and justifies my review. There are plenty of other places in Kendal for your haircut, offering much better service and value for money.
