This "family" business are a gisgusting set of bully's, I am an armed forces veteran and after leaving the Army and becoming homeless, I was homeless with a wife and child for 8 months. We reached out to a military charity who agreed to pay for the carpets. I put a 500 pound deposit after being quoted and promised they would definatly cost no more than 1000. But this disgusting con artist firm then made a new "quote" for the charity which came to 1800, one morning his useless son came with a colleague who was equally bad at his job saying they had the all clear from charity and they had payed and carpets where ready to be installed. After a rushed job absolutely awful not kicked in properly, gripper rods exposed! After a few months we where contacted by Nigel saying the charity hadn't paid as he had installed before they had agreed on a price etc. When he realised he couldn't bully this charity for the money he has now turned his attention to my family threatening to smash my door down threatening my pregnant wife, posting fake County Court Judgements! This man is pure evil! All this and we had just lost a child and this man new all of this and yet he has persisted to try and push us for the money when we did nothing wrong! So I would advise you to tread very carefully with this awful company.
