Excellent Customer service from Christine, she went the extra mile and was very knowlegeable about the products she was selling. Nothing was too much trouble and she took the time to listen to what we were looking for and then helped us to choose. I would not hesitate to recommend the Kendal Bed Centre.

I am really disappointed with the service I received from Kendal Bed centre. I purchased 2 mattresses in June for my mum and was told they would be delivered the following Wednesday, I organised for someone to be there but they didn't arrive, so I was told they would come the following Wednesday but again no show, I was told the next Wednesday, then told Thursday. I explained that mum is bed bound and gave them the key code and explained where they needed to go, however they dumped them in the entrance passage and left. They rang me and put the phone down and then put the phone down when I rang back. Really poor from start to finish. Buyer beware.
