I would not recommend this florist. My experience was not great and Ive only lost money in trying to work with Made in Flowers.
Lovely shop and beautiful flowers and decor really nice staff definitely get my flowers from here again she goes above and beyond for what you want
Katie stood out to us when we were researching florists for our wedding because she took the time to really understand what my wife wanted even before the first meeting, despite it being on short notice at a very busy time of year. She was very professional and clearly takes her business and her customers seriously.She did a great job of creating Sams vision for the bouquets, buttonholes and decorative displays, and included all the flowers that wed requested that had a sentimental significance for us. The colours were incredible and Katie also worked really well with our cake provider and venue decorator to ensure that everything complemented the theme perfectly.
Katie did our wedding flowers this weekend just gone, and they were absolutely incredible. I like to think that I stopped just short of bridezilla, but I was definitely a bit fussy, and the bouquet, posies, pew ends and garlands delivered by the team at Made in Flowers quite literally took my breath away. We chose a lot of beautiful foliage with white anemones and ranunculus, cappuccino roses and burgundy dahlias, and everything tied in so, so beautifully. Like a lot of brides, I'm feeling really sad that I can't do it all over again, but if I did, I would have Katie to do my flowers in a heartbeat xx
Terrible AttitudeArranged an appointment, took the day off to go and see florist but they had failed to check their email for a number of weeks and had not confirmed it properly. When we arrived, tried to make it out like it was our fault for showing up, and tried to make us feel bad for their lack of organisation. A simple apology and an offer to re-arrange would have sufficed, instead we got a lecture about their lack of ability to co-ordinate their own workload and diary. Simply the rudest florist we have ever encountered.
