I honestly am not quite sure how this surgery are allowed to keep practising with the amount of SERIOUS errors that their Doctors and administrative staff make. They remove necessary life saving prescriptions from repeat lists for absolutely no reason without checking with patients, they make mistake after mistake, and the practise Manager is nigh on impossible to speak to and just makes excuses. It is with good reason they are scored nationally in the bottom third of the country on the NHS website. If it was possible to see exact scores at that low a level I'm guessing they would be right at the bottom.
I was able to register and get an appointment the same day. Friendly staff and a good doctor.
Telephoned to check my parents prescription was ready and was told it was. Was ignored when at the counter until I rang the bell even though I was seen. Neither prescription was ready and in fact half of it was unavailable and then had to wait at least 15min for the prescriptions to be handed over. I have my prescriptions sent to Boots from station house because of this terrible unfriendly service and will be advising my parents to do the same.

Worst surgery I have ever encountered. Staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all even when things are urgent! Should be closed if you ask me!
