I am so pleased with my implants that Dr Arfan Iqbal has done for me. I travelled from out of town to sandes avenue as I didn't feel confident with the advice I was given from another dentist regarding the treatment I needed. I will certainly will be returning and will advise other people to go to see him too. Thank you Dr Iqbal I cant stop smiling!
I had a dispute with Dr Iqbal over his in-house payment plan. I am dissatisfied with his attitude to finding a resolution. He simply did not appear to care and does not explain what he does with the unused monies he has obtained from me. They did not follow their own code of conduct. No amount of writing or complaining has resolved this for me. Regret I gave up, which is what they want you to do.
My son had his teeth front knocked out when he was 9. They had started to go black and unsightly. He was fitted in quickly to have the bleaching. We were not expecting fantastic results as we were told they can vary but the results were beyond belief! With in the 1st couple of days my sons teeth were white! After the whole treatment we just can't believe how amazingly white his teeth look. We are thrilled.
Ive always been very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist but here i have found it much easier. The appointments never fun to far behind, reception staff are lovely and the dentists very re assuring and make me feel at ease as much as they can. They have been great with my 4yr old son aswell and are very patient with him. The reception staff have even watched my baby while i had treatment and i came down seeing him full of smiles playing with them. I wont be going anywhere else.
They now have ground level no stairs access so if you have problems walking it's a lot better than going up or down the stairs.The receptionists are nice and so was the dental assistant I saw was nice tooMy new dentist Jyoti was great and did a thorough job though I must admit the filling and the bits from it tasted disguising
